Renee DeSantis is Reality Based Group’s Executive Vice President. She has been with RBG since 2001 and began her career with RBG in sales and business development. Over the course of 15-plus years she has held numerous leadership roles in operations, sales and account services. With a B.S. from the University of Texas and her active participation in the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA), Renee brings both her experience and expertise to the RBG team.
Renee continually exhibits her ability to build valuable, lasting relationships with our partners in a variety of different industries. Her relationship with many of these partners goes back more than a decade, crucial to RBG’s success. However, no detail is too small for Renee. She is always willing to jump in and get things done, regardless of the specific project or goal.
